If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, please print a copy of your order out and mail the printed order form along with your check or money order made payable to Maryland Mosaics. Most orders are shipped using Priority Mail to save you money. If possible, your order will be shipped in a flat rate envelope or flat rate box in order to save you on shipping charges. This also means that you will get your order in 2-3 days even if you are across the country or in Hawaii/Alaska.

Shipping rates start at $5.95 for up to 2 lbs, $7.95 for up to 4 lbs, $11.95 for up to 20 lbs, and $14.95 for up to 40 lbs. Certain oversized items cannot be shipped in flat rate envelopes or boxes. These are minimum, estimated shipping charges. The weight or distance of the shipping may cause shipping charges to exceed these rates. You will only be charged the actual cost of shipping your items to you plus a $2.95 handling charge. Every effort is made to provide accurate shipping quotes at checkout, however, due to the wide variety of items we offer, sometimes adjustments do occur. You will be notified of any changes in shipping charges. We always choose the most efficient and cost effective way to ship your items to you.

All in stock items ship in 24-48 hours, excluding weekends, holidays or otherwise noted.

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email notification which will contain a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your order online with either the post office, if shipped by priority mail, at www.usps.com, or with United Parcel Service, at www.ups.com.

If you require RUSH, EXPEDITED or OVERNIGHT service and shipping, please call us, at 410-702-7544, before 12:00 noon ET, to notify us of your requirements. Otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped in the normal course. Additional charges will apply for Expedited and Overnight Shipping.

International Shipping Rates: 2 lbs: $23.95 4 lbs: $47.90 20 lbs: $59.95

We ship to most international destinations primarily using Global Priority Mail. Shipping is $23.95 for up to 2 lbs, $47.90 for up to 4 lbs, and $59.95 for up to 20 lbs. International orders over $125.00 will receive a $10.00 shipping credit at time of purchase. Delivery time for Global Priority Mail is 6-10 business days. If there is another more efficient or economical way to ship your items to you other than by flat rate, we will notify you, in writing, so you can approve any alternative methods. Our experience, however, has been that 99.99% of the time, Global Priority flat rate boxes are the fastest and most economical way to get your items to you.

Occasionally an item you order will be out of stock. On the rare occasion that happens, you will be notified of the situation and given an approximate date when the item will be back in inventory. At that time, you can choose to cancel that item or have the item shipped to you when it is back in stock. There is no additional cost to you to ship backorders. There is only one shipping charge per order and it is charged when your first shipment is sent. Backorders from the original order are shipped at no additional cost. You will be notified when the item is back in stock and shipped to you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) for exchange or refund within 10 days. All returns must have a Return Authorization number. We will not accept any returns that do not have prior authorization. All returns for refund or exchange must be made within 10 days from the date of order. Refunds will be issued by check. All returned items must be in the original packaging, contain the original amount and kind of material and in saleable condition. It is strongly recommended that you carefully protect items being returned, as those items that are broken or damaged during transit for return will not be credited. You should also consider insuring your return package in case of loss or damage. Return and/or exchange shipping charges are not refundable and will not be credited unless there was an error on our part.
